Dr. Waxman is a Certified Specialist in Dental Anaesthesia. He strives to provide the highest quality dental care and the highest level of patient safety. He is patient-centred, available, caring and empathetic. He is passionate about what he does and the care he provides. Dr. Waxman AND the nursing team have advanced training in adult and child emergencies (ACLS/PALS), and his team of nurses and assistants routinely review and simulate emergency scenarios.
Purvi brings extensive dental assisting experience to allow for safe and efficient dental care under General Anaesthesia. This includes expert water/debris control as well as dental mixing and meticulous infection control. Purvi is caring, compassionate, and creates a calming environment for all of our families. She is an integral team member for anaesthesia safety and high quality dental work.
Rachel is a registered nurse who brings extensive experience in ICU/Critical Care settings to our office. Rachel provides critical assistance with anaesthesia to allow for safety alongside Dr. Waxman pre-operatively, intra-operatively, and post-operatively. Rachel is trained in advanced life support for both children and adults. Aside from her extensive experience in nursing, Rachel brings so much positive and comforting energy to the office and this allows for the children and their families to feel supported and safe.
Sandra has over 20 years of experience in dental office reception and management. She is warm, caring, and is always willing to go the extra mile for our patients and their families. Sandra always ensures our patients and their families feel fully informed and confident about treatment recommendations and insurance related matters. She is an integral team member in our office to ensure our patients receive the safest care possible.
Gail brings extensive dental administration, reception and management to Vaughan Mills Sleep Dentistry. She is calm, caring, thorough and warm and this allows our patients and their families to feel supported. Gail is always willing to go the extra mile for our patients to ensure thorough understanding of insurance, billing, and treatment recommendations.
